I posted a question previously but wasnt to specific. My heat was on then turned off by itself then on again then off again???? It only works on the high setting for the fan and if I turn it down it shuts off???? My car also has that temperature control setting. So where is the resistor located and is that the problem(the resistor??)

Hello

First inspect your relay before going on to the resistor itself. If the relay is faulty it can cause symptoms which you are experiencing. If relay is OK, suspect faulty resistor. The blower motor resistor is located on the evaporator housing, behind the glove compartment. Open the glove compartment door and release the glove compartment retainers so that the glove compartment hangs down to gain access.
