As you can see in the picture, for some reaason I cannot find the Blower motor resistor???? I looked behind the grove box up and down and all I see is this? Is this what replaced it??? My problem is my heater is turned on one day working fine and then all of a sudden it stopped??Then turned on??Then off again???Did not come back on. The next day it turned on and works again??? The only thing not working is the dial that turns the fan motor on high or low, it only works on high???Please help me figure this problem out because I picked up the Resistor and looks nothing like what is in the picture. When I pulled it out it almost looks like a mini radiator??Thank you.Email me if you like at zaners2@yahoo.ca

The blower motor resistor will have two heavier gauge wires in the connector. It is located near the blower motor, farther over to the right than your picture indicates. Remove the cover under the passenger side of the dash, and release the glove box by squeezing in the sides to let it fall open. Locate the blower motor, and the resistor is on that housing. The reason it is on the housing is so that the resistor is cooled by the airflow from the blower. It does generate a LOT of heat. Also, if you have EATC, the resistor is actually an electronic motor controller. Make sure you have the right component for your system.
