Reverse Lights

1989 Mercury Grand Marquis; 85,000 miles.
all my brake lights work, and my directionals do too, but my reverse lights wont work. there is no juice going to them at all.

The switch that controls that is located on the transmission. And when the car is in reverse it engages that switch. It is accesible from the outside of the transmission. The switch either needs to be adjusted or replaced. Check at the switch to see if ther is power going in and coming out. If there is no power going out then the switch is bad and needs to be replaced
