The rear of vehicle lowered almost to the ground.
It has air bladders instead of springs. We tested the compressor and is working fine, I also tried using an air pump to raise it up which didn't help, fuses are not blown, the compressor will not come on. The last time it worked I backed into the lot at work I came out 1 hour later and it was sitting LOW. While backing into driveway over snow and ice, could something be dislodged at the back end?

Yes indeed. There is a level arm that tells compressor when to raise or lower vehicle. The arm is connected with nylon bushings and snap together, over time the nylon wears out and the arm falls off. Try jacking rear of vehicle and find the arm, I bet it will be knocked off. Try connecting it back up and use electrical tape to hold it on temporarily. Hope this helps
