190d the blower motor stoped working so the first thing I did was looked for the fuse and on the fuse box lid by the left fender and fire wall it said see front out side fuse box and I could not find it, what do you think?

I will tell you what I think, you've found the right fuse box, if the fuse is not blown, and then the motor is no good, have you checked the motor for power?
