92 B2600I gas out the exhaust

I have a 92 B2600i with 2.0l, 75,000 miles and automatic. It runs rough and pours gas out the exhaust and smokes alot.I put new plugs, cap, rotar, fuel filter, fuel pump and had injectors rebuilt. I can't figure out why it pours gas out the exhaust. If any one has an idea I could use the help.

I can't figure out why it pours gas out the exhaust the rebuild injector/s are no good-could be sticking open to include a leaking fuel pressure regulator -check the vacuum hose on it if it has gas its a goner.
