Jack up the vehicle securly and remove the tire, then from there remove the brake caliper and pads.
Then look at the rotor, if its the kind that has the lugs made into the rotor backing you will have to remove the wheel axle hub nut and pull out the wheel bearings and rotor, if the rotor is loose and it just sits on the spindle then the rotor will pull right off.
