Hello,
It sounds like you an issue with the fuel pressure regulator.
You might not be getting enough fuel. That's why it will start by then stall of fuel starvation.
Overtime with heat and vibration the internals of the regulator can collapse and not let enough fuel thru.
Check the fuel pressure using a fuel pressure test tool.
You should be able to get the tool to use from your local auto parts store.
Attach the tool on the test port (see diagram).
You should have 64-85 PSI of fuel pressure with the key on and engine off:

If you do not have adequate pressure you will need to replace the pressure regulator.
