Clutch/brakes

I had a company check my brakes pads/rotors and after their outrageous price, I told them to put it back together. Now my clutch (goes to floor)won't come back up unless pulled up. What could be the problem? The brake pads and rotors do need changing, will do myself.
Thank you

If it's a wet clutch, see if there is any air in the slave.

Well for one. The slave cylinders are common failures on those cars. But first try removing the brake fluid cap and pumping the clutch.I have seen more than one bad cap cause funny things on the clutch side of the resevoir (the brakes share fluid with the clutch)
