getting Diagnostic Trouble Code po 140 and po400
what do I need to do to get this matter cleared up

The code po140 is related to the 02 sensor on Bank 1 sensor #2 having no activity on that sensor.

It is probably going to have to be replaced.
Do you have a catalytic converter?

P0400 is for the egr valve being open and the MAP not showing any change, you will have to take that in to a dealership as it is very hard to troubleshoot.
