1999 Mazda 626 4 cyl 150000 miles

I have a 1999 Mazda 626 that has 150,000 miles on it. I recently put a rebuilt transmission in it. I also had the belts changed in October of 2008. Now my car squeals when I crank it up. I took it to a mechanic and he could not find anything wrong eith it so I purchased some belt dressing and it worked for about 2 weeks now it's squealing again and really annoying. What could be the problem?

The belts were either installed too tight or too loose. Also you may remove the belts, inspect and spin each pulley, one by one, making sure none of the squeaks or makes any noise while being spun. If any of them squeaks, you need to replace them.
