1999 Mazda 626 Car hard to start and runs rough when starte

Can you please tell me what are the possible problems when the following is occurring.

1. THe car recently has become very hard to start, I have to hold the gas pedal in or keep pumping the pedal.
2. When the car idles it runs very rough when it used to run relatively quiet.
3. The car seems to loose speed or compression while driving.

Im having a similar problem. When I turn the ignition switch on the car wants to start but I have to give it has. I'm not sure what the problem is. I have changed fuel filter/pump. Spark plugs/wires. Distributor cap and rotor. Any suggestions?
