Engine ticking noise

i have the vehicle listed above gsr b18c. well, it started out sounding like just the valves ticking,then it started to overheat. i put more oil in and the ticking quieted some. Then not sure but the noise sounded bad so my mind went to the thought of a spun bearing but it will start up for a second then shut off but still makes noise. All this stemmed from the two cam seals leaking and that other cam seal that looks like a delete located next to the distributor. I feel like it needs a bottom end rebuild or just the rod bearings and valves done. help
