Hi,
Your vehicle needs 3 things to start, fuel, spark at the right time, and compression.
If the vehicle was running we can assume compression is okay unless when it stopped running due to some incident. If that is the case, please let me know what the detail was with this.
If that is okay, then we need to look at fuel and spark. Let's assume for now that it is not fuel due to a new fuel pump installed. That means we need to confirm you have spark.
Pull a spark plug and connect it back up and just hold it against the engine block and crank the engine to see if there plug is firing.
If it is firing then we can move onto fuel. If it is not then we can dig further into the ignition system.
