On a cold start it will crank up then go shut off. Like it's not getting enough fuel. Can hold the accelerator down when it cranks up for a few seconds and after that it will stay running. Every time after that initial start it will crank up and run fine.

Hi,

The fuel pressure could be dropping off. Here is what I need you to try and let me know the results.

1) Turn the key from off to the run position (engine off) and count to 5
2) Turn the key off and repeat step 1 a total of 5 times.
3) On the 6th time, see if it starts normally.

Let me know the results. Also, if you have access to a live data scan tool, check what the coolant temperature sensor is indicating before starting it cold.

Let me know.

Joe
