Low beam headlights not working

Both of my low beams do not come on but my fog lights parking lights and high beams all work fine. I just picked up a headlamp switch at a salvage yard and switch that out, but it has the same result. Please help

There is a HLP relay that needs to be checked. here is a guide to help test the relay and the headlight wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and the relay location as well:
