When driving straight not while turning I hear and feel a loud pop, pop, pop, then pause then pop, pop. Sometimes it happens when I am accelerating at a very low speed. But happens every time I am entering the freeway. Or speeding up. Even when I let off the gas it will still make a pop, pop, pop, noise until it winds down. Help please!

It sounds like you have a drive-line problem, possibly a u-joint. but to be sure can you take a quick video of the problem so I do not have to guess?

Cheers, Ken

Traveling on the highway this morning and hear a loud pop noise in like a two or three part pop, pop, pop and then stops. Doesn't happen when I turn the wheel from side to side. Just going straight and is intermittent. All front end parts replaced new less than 6 months ago. Only new thing is I had added a used drive-shaft. Not sure if this occasional thud/popping could be from that.

Something like that I would have to visually check because if the ujoint is broken hard telling how far you get and you would not want that to come off at any speed. If there is a garage close have them take a look at it. If it is the driveshaft you can always take it out and you won't have any 4wd.
