Loud noise after key is turned off

Sounds in front of engine. Keeps making noise after i turn key off for 2 to 4 minutes. Just started yesterday.

Could you shoot a video of the noise and post it here so we can hear it, from your description it could be a cooling fan that is staying on because the engine is warm, but hearing the sounds and maybe if you opened the hood prior to recording it as well. That would be a big help. Thank you.
