Loud clicking noise when put into drive

When i start my car it runs good, but when i put into gear it is a loud clicking noise.

Good morning,

Does the noise stay constant in drive or just once it makes the noise?

Does it click while driving through all the gears when driving?

I put it in reverse or drive but i haven't move it make the sound constantly.

The noise may be from a CV joint in the steering axles. I would have them checked to be sure there is no damage to them.
