Got on the turnpike and everything was going good for about 4 miles. Then started losing acceleration did not matter how much I pushed the pedal car continued to slow down. Pulled to the side of the road, turned it off and restarted it went right back to 70 MPH and 30 seconds later started slowing down. Being turnpike there were limited exits. I did this two more times to get total of 10 miles from getting on the turnpike. The last time as I was in sight of the exit I just kept going to get off the turnpike. Top speed was 40 MPH took surface streets back home about 13 miles without shutting it off. By the time I got home the top speed was 15 MPH. I ran the codes, and I got a random misfire and a couple cylinder misfires. Got new plugs, wires, and coil pack. While I had plugs out, I ran a compression test had 135 cold on all 4 cylinders no idea how you could do a hot test since the engine would be cooled off by the time you get the upper manifold and plugs out. So, after installing new parts and reassembled it. Went for a spin it is 3 miles of dirt roads before I could get to pavement to try to get any speed up. Would only get to 40 MPH after half mile and it would not go any faster returned home now it says there are 3 codes P0755 which says it is 2 of 3 severity then gave code P0700 twice both stating 3 of 3 severity. Did not give any other codes. Could something else causing lack of power making the trans codes come on. Trans fluid is read and does not smell burnt? Also thought out all of it there were no signs of any slippage from the transmission. More like it could not build enough power to require it to shift.

So, these codes don't have anything to do with engine power, to me it seems like the exhaust system is clogged due to a bad catalytic converter. But to be sure to read through this guide can help us:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-test-a-catalytic-converter

You also can take a rubber mallet and tap the exhaust system to see if you can hear anything loose inside.

P0755 - Shift Solenoid 'B' Malfunction: This code suggests there is a fault in the shift solenoid 'B' circuit.

P0700 - Transmission Control System Malfunction: This is a generic code indicating a problem in the transmission control system.

Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response to the problem so we can see what's going on.

If the cat is plugged or not working properly shouldn't it be setting a code?

It should, but not always. The other problem could be is a fuel pump is starting to go out. When the engine is low on power, we can do a fuel pressure test.

Here are two guides to help us:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/engine-has-low-power-output

and

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-fuel-system-pressure-and-regulator

Fuel System Pressure

Regulated Pressure 400 +/- 34 kpa (58 +/- 5 psi)

You can rent a gauge from the auto parts store for cheap or free. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.
