My turn signals don't flash when I use the remote-control key fob to unlock or lock the doors. What things and wiring should I check? Thanks

Does this car have an aftermarket car alarm? If so, the alarm has probably gone bad which is common, if you upload a picture of the key fob, I can tell for sure what kind of alarm it has. The wiring diagrams come with the alarm itself so we won't have those for you.

Yep, this is a factory alarm system for sure. There are three fuses #12 (under-hood) #25 and 30 (left side of dash) that run the system which need to be checked here is a guide that will help you and I have included the alarm system wiring diagrams below so you can see how the system works.

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.

I just made some checks and noticed something that may will make you lead me to some correct step.
I went down to the car and checked all the fuses, they were okay.
Then I made check of trunk closing signal (because the light holder and bulb are gone it is only connector), it works properly. Connected very thin wire and when open, multimeter reads 12v, when closed it shuts to 0 (no voltage).
Then removed the connector and tested the front cover button to see if it makes a contact, and it beeps on multimeter when pressed. Maybe it is not making a good pressure with hood cover, so I added a piece of plastic on the top. But while adding the plastic normally I pressed the button 4-5 times to see if it moves slightly. Then for the first time I heard the horn beep and flash turn lights. It was something like blocked mode.
Then whatever I tried (press unlock button on key, press lock button, try to lock directly with key, put the key in ignition) it was making just beep and one flash. Then I tried to ignite the car and after ignition, waited 5-10 seconds and turned off.
After that, everything was the same, open with key - close with key, open with button - close with button (no beep, no flash).
Maybe some new idea or direction?
Thanks in advance.

It does sound like the alarm control module is going out, but I think we should check the electrical connector at the module to check for water damage or corrosion. Also, a CAN scan might be able to help give us a clue. You can get a CAN scanner from Amazon for about $30.00. here is a video to show you how:

https://youtu.be/u-4syLc-ifQ

Here is the location of the alarm module so you can check it out and report back. Also, we can try to reprogram the fob here is how.

Remote Transmitter Programming

NOTE
A maximum of four keyless entry remote transmitters can be programmed to the central security module. Programming must be done at the same time for all the transmitters.
To enter programming mode, first verify that the battery is fully charged, and the antitheft system is not armed or triggered (if equipped).

1. Turn the ignition switch from the OFF to the ON position four times within three seconds to enter the learning mode.
2. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position. The central security module will remain in the learning mode for 20 seconds indicated by the LED in the instrument panel being illuminated continuously.
3. Press any button on the remote transmitter being programmed. When the signal from the remote transmitter is accepted by the central security module, the LED will flash.
4. To program additional transmitters, repeat step 3, with a 2 second delay after the LED flashes.
5. To exit the learning mode, turn the ignition switch to the ON position. If no transmitter signal is received by the central security module for 20 seconds, the system will automatically exit the learning mode.
6. Test all the programmed transmitters, by activating and deactivating the locking functions.

Check out A77. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.

Me again. I've just made some tests and checks again, maybe you will get some further instruction.
I read on the internet that pressing hood switch 7 times is entering in self-test mode and then critical points can be checked (with a result of flash and beep if are okay).
I made this test on all points - Hood switch, trunk key, trunk lifting, left and right door with key, with fob, ignition with key and they were giving okay signal.
Then tried to reprogram the key fob (as the procedure described (4 times on within 3 seconds, than press one fob button - locking, the LED blinked okay).
After that removed the glove box to see the module (shown in picture 1) and noticed there are two relays behind the module (probably those for turn blinkers) and removed both to test on 12 volts and making contact. Both were okay.
In front of the module (shown on picture 2) there are another two relays (don't know their role) where the one of them was missing (don't know why). I tried to mount a spare relay on the socket (in hope of solving the problem - but not).
The final (new) thing I have noticed was that if I press the lock key on fob, doors get locked and if pressed second time, it makes a click (like trying to lock) and blinkers flash two times (without beep).
Thanks for your time, patience, and any further instructions.

If you honk your horn from the steering wheel, does it work? So, is it fixed now except for the beep?

It works but it is another horn device that is located in front of the vehicle. This alarm horn is located on rear right side of vehicle.

It is somewhere under the back side panel, but probably it will, because if it is damaged it won't make beep even on self-test mode, and also blinkers as I told you not blink.

I would have to say the alarm module must be bad. Here is how to replace it in the diagrams below. New keys will need to be made. You can also check the module for water damage. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
