There is no response to any of the power buttons on the driver's seat. All other seats have been removed due to mouse infestation. The vehicle is just a yard plow truck. Never used on the road. I thought I would check the easy stuff first, but I don't see a fuse for the power seats.

Hello,

If you're having trouble with the power buttons on the driver's seat of your vehicle, it's likely due to an issue with the wiring or a malfunctioning seat switch. Before starting any repairs, it's important to check the wiring and connections to ensure they are secure and free from damage. If they appear to be in good condition, you may want to check the seat control switch to see if it's working properly. If the switch is not functioning, it may need to be replaced. Additionally, if there is a problem with the power supply or ground connections, these may need to be addressed as well. Since you mentioned that you don't see a fuse for the power seats, that is because it is a circuit breaker A 20 amp in the interior fuse panel.

Here is a guide to help you check the fuse and the fuse location in the diagrams below as well:

Also here are the wiring diagrams for the seat controls and the fuse location so you can check it out. Let me know what you find please.

The 20-amp circuit breaker checked out good. I found that the Power plug that plugs into the seat plug had no power.

That power plug went into the floor by the heater duct. I had no intention of trying to follow that back, so I used a Tap-a-Circuit fuse and piggybacked on the 4-wheel drive circuit.

I just ran a power lead from that to the plug and spliced it in. I left the ground wire connected to the plug and now my seat works perfectly

The fuse in the 4 wheel drive is a 20 amp so I put a 15 amp for the seat in.
