I have a clicking sound in my fuse box. Relay I am sure. In the hotter months my DRL's wont shut off. Blew fuse box out with air hose but still not sure. I can press down on the whole fuse panel it goes off usually just disconnect positive for the night. Now the passenger, low beam went out. Been problematic over years. Changed all relays, did a 2 plug changes, have replaced entire harness and plug harness all work. No lo beam or DRL?

Hi,

Since you hear a clicking and both the DRL and headlamp aren't working, I would first check to see which relay is clicking. I suspect it is going to be the DRL relay. You should be able to determine where the sound comes from by listening or touching the relays.

Also, the left low beam has it's own fuse. Confirm it is good. Also, confirm there is power to the fuse and out from it.

Pic 1 shows the relays and fuses I'm referring to. Note, since the right side is working, I don't feel it is related to the body control module, but anything is possible. Next, if you look at pic 1, it shows fuse 11 is for the left low beam. The legend (pic 2) says it's .fuse 12. So, please check both. In addition, confirm fuse 30 (DRL fuse) is also good.

Pic 3 shows fuse locations. I circled 11 and 12 because of the difference between the schematic and the box legend.

Let me know what you find.
