If you mean that the switch is not functioning - most likely
the switch is cracked. If you take a flat screwdriver &
gently lift under the front end of the plastic (chromed) switch holder the switch tray will lift up granting you access. Unfortunately this tray was very poorly crafted
as your mechanic most likely found out. I personally
picked up a replacement switch from a junkyard and
then became creative in using pull ties & drilled holes
in order to re secure switches - as the screw holders were
cracked. If your problem is actually the window motor
