2006 Other Lincoln Models Windows and hatch open by themselv

Whew! I cannot leave my valuables in my car, (Lincoln Zepher). Since 2X's now, after driving, parking the car, and coming back out. The front windows are down and the moon roof is open all the way. The first time this happened, we suspected someone had a "master key".(Then we reported it to the local police). Went to the Ford garage, they said a master key would only give 10 seconds to open windows, etc. The 2nd time, it happened, this week-end, we went to a different Ford garage and they said. There is no such thing as a master key. And they'd never heard of this happening before. HELP. We travel a lot, and now, I don't feel like I could leave my doggie in the car whilst I make a quik potty-stop!
any knowledge of this problem?

Sounds like a problem with the keyless entry module, possibly BCM. Pretty sure with a combination of different buttons being pushed all those things can be done with the key fob. Take it back to Ford and talk to the service manager and ask if he would replace the controller for the keyless entry. Without it failing for them, they may and may not do it, these are the hardest problems to fix. Intermittent
