I am trying to estimate the cost to pop out a dent in the rear of my bed of the Lincoln Mark Lt that I am showing here.

It's fairly small so probably under 1000.00 but any bodyshop can ball park the figure, and probably won't charge for the guess!

Ok I see the picture now. There is a guy called the dent wizard and he can pop those dents out. I would not have believed it unless I saw him do it. He they use long pry bars and rubber hammers and brass punched and pry and tap for a while and the dent is gone. Give it a try.
