My Lincoln will start but will not pull out of Park gear. Also no dome, radio, windows, cruise. Any silver bullets for this problem?

Check ALL fuses. There's an electric solenoid that is energized by the brake light switch that releases the shift lever when the brake pedal is depressed. If a fuse is blown, this solenoid will not work, and therefore, you can't shift from park. This could also cause the dome lights not to work along with other malfunctions, depending on exactly which fuse is blown. Check all fuses and if you don't find a problem, re-post and I'll try to help you figure out what's going on.
