My service light came back on and the code is p1518. Autozone said it is the intake manifold runner control stuck open. What is that?

It is trouble code for the IMRC stuck open.

Possible causes are :

Cables improperly routed, binding or seizing.
Damaged or disconnected IMRC housing return spring.
Lever stop obstructed or bent.
Lever wide open stop obstructed or bent.
IMRC actuator cable or gears seized.

The diagnostic file have been sent to you. Check your mail.
