Lights stay on when car is off

My daughter was messing with my car and she turned off the car a few times over and over. Now the back lights, the two orange lights at the sides on the front, the dashboard lights, and this constant beep sound (as if the key is left the ignition ) all stay on even when I turn off the car. All my blinkers, brakes and headlights still work but the lights I mentioned wont turn off when the car is off. I had to disconnect the battery. I do not know what is wrong.
