Welcome to 2CarPros.

Chances are you have a wheel speed sensor that is failing. These sensors are on each front wheels and the rear wheel speed sensors are controlled by the vehicle speed sensor.. If one is failing, it will turn on the ABS and brake lights.

Now, the tough thing here is they can be checked without any high priced scanner, but since it is intermittent, that will make it difficult. The right scan tool will tell you which wheel is causing the problem.

What I am going to provide are directions explaining how to check a wheel speed sensor, the locations of the sensors, and directions on using the basic tooling needed to check. Take a look through this link:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/abs-wheel-speed-sensor-test

Here is a link that shows in general how one is replaced:

On your vehicle, the front speed sensors are part of the hub assembly. I attached a pic and highlighted the connector. If you can, check the fronts and let me know what you find.

Take care,
Joe
