Are all the brake lights including the high mount not working? If not, then the likely cause is the stop lamp switch.

Basically we need to test this circuit with a test light to find out if you have voltage feeding the white wires coming out of the switch.

Please find the wiring diagram below on how this works. However, basically when you press the brakes the switch closes and sends voltage through the turn signal switch to the two lower brake lights. It then sends voltage through the under hood fuse block where it energizes the high mount relay and turns the high mount light on.
