Lights, dash, and will not crank I hear click?

I have a good battery; I haven't found any blown fuse. It was cranking but not starting. Then I tried to hook up the battery charger and now it won't crank at all. i hear click at the starter but it doesn't roll over. I'm a mechanic and it's got me stumped; fresh ideas might help. What do you think it is? Dls

Yep, the first thing I would do is connect a breaker bar to the front balancer bolt to see if you can move roll the engine over. If that's okay, I would replace the starter motor. here is a guide to help and how to change the starter out in the diagrams below:
