Headlights come on by themselves?

My lights turn on, on their own, that includes the windshield wipers if i leave the dial on and the odometer doesn't work as well as the indoor light on the rear-view mirror turns on, on its own.

i was told this might be a wiring issue inside the dash. what do you guys think?

It sounds like the body computer is going out. here is the location so you can swap it out to see if that fixes the problem. Check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes.

It is behind the passages side kick panel.
