Hey I have the truck listed above LT model. I have a question about the height in which the push-rod sits. So problem was I had a collapsed lifter on the number six lifter, passenger side, I know many would say just do a AFM delete, I am not doing that at this point in time. So I go to put everything back together checked to verify lifter number six rocker arm and the problem has been solved, but upon completing the other rocker arms and push-rods I notice on the number one rocker arm that it seated slightly higher than the other ones are, so I pull it off and see that the push-rod is just a speck higher than all the others. I never removed the lifter from number one so it was not a wrong Install on my part, but I am curious if it is okay or if it is going to cause a problem. I have put a lot of time into repairing my truck and I know I maybe overreacting but I want to be sure. Any advice is fully appreciated. Thanks.

Good morning,

It sounds like the lifter has not settled down to center position from the repair when you had the head off.

Sometimes it takes a while for them to center themselves. If I were you, I would have replaced them all on that bank. They may go down like domino's from here on in. If one fails, the others will eventuality follow.
