Lift gate and rear window not opening

Hi, I seen that you responded to a previous person close to my subject, I'm not getting power to fuse 44 which states it's the lift gate fuse but getting consistent power to other fuses LGM under hood and OBS Det in car, as well as BCM. from what I'm told fuse 44 gets power from 175 little fuse coming from battery... possible short or is this fuse intermittent? Tried hitting key fob and buttons to see if 12-volts will pass through it but nothing. please any help would be grateful.

i bought the module from a company highway71autoparts.com/ i guess they rebuild them and program them as well to our VIN.

If you checked the wire, I told you and there was no voltage, it points right at the module.
