The lights are out, I have checked all fuses and replaced the bulbs, also there is no voltage at the receptacles.

There are two fuses (BCM#5 -7, backup lamp - under hood fuse panel #33) and one relay that run the system, here is the reverse light wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and the fuse locations and how to test them with the reverse light relay location as well.
