Have the computer scanned for code/s-you have a problem within the engine manangement system that caused the CEL to turn on-This is your starting point of diagnosis, finding out what's going on.

It appears that interstate battery replacements are used at Lexus dealership. I will most likely pick one up a parts store down the street and install it myself. I am hoping that it will take care of the 1:00 am reset when I start the car in the morning. Also, I noticed that the engine light turned off tonight. I went to the gas station to refill and noticed it was off while driving home. Am I missing something here?
