Anytime the power is lost, you must initialize your windows. By what you have said, since the main switch
panel will not control the other 3 windows, this leads me to this problem. All you have to do is this, turn on the key to the run position, engine not running. Then go to each door, and push the window button down, hold it, wait until the window is all they way down, continue holding the switch for 1 second, then do the same for the up position of the switch. Do this for each door window. Each switch has a computer controller in it and they need to communicate.
After this your drivers door should now control the other windows. Try this and call me in the morning!
