It is not caused by a faulty fuse, fuses protect circuits so the components on that circuit will either work or not work. Most likely it is a loose ground. Check the battery terminals to ensure they are clean and free of any acid build up. Also ensure they are tightened properly. Check the same cables at the other end which will be at the alternator.
