Head lights blinking off and on

Hi I have a 93 lexus gs300 and my head lights is blinking off and on and my horn and my battery light is on so I unhooked battery post and waited I hooked it back its still on and everything is going crazy lights, horn, dash lights and it wont start now.

I bought an alternator and battery I also have an alarm on my car alarm but I haven't used it in a few months but every once in a while if u bump against it it would go off but I never had to disarm it it would automatically go off please help me thank you.

Why don't you just disable the alarm system for good unless you live in a high crime vicinity get it checked out-
