Timing chain replacement instructions please?

My friend is trying to borrow $700 dollars to have her timing set. Could it really cost that much or is she being taken advantage of by the shop. She recently had some work done on the heads because coolant got into the base oil.

Check the diagrams below complete procedure how to remove and reinstall timing belt.
