If it is gone, I wonder if there is excessive carbon being passed into the intake system.

I am talking about the other side of the valve. That is where the carbon comes from.

This sounds like carbon in the cylinders causing this issue. There may be some restrictions on the operation of the valve. Otherwise, the timing may be too far advanced causing detonation.

Valves are super clean. I checked the bores and also found no issues. Timing usually has some indications such as continuous rough idle not just morning or random misfires.

I attached the mark location for you to view.
I would check your marks to be sure and not assume they are correct.

We checked the timing and it's perfect. We just removed the cooler and erg. Here are pictures of inside the erg and inside cooler, both have lots of build up.

Wow, that is loaded with carbon. I would replace that valve and start with new.

Car is 90% better after cooler, erg and intake were replaced. Still get misfire 1 every once in a while. I looked in the pore and I see it wet, gas, not water. Is this possibly a leaky injector?

If it is fuel, you should be able to smell it. But a leaky injector can cause your start up misfire also.
