2007 Kia Sorento Speedometer doesnt work.

My speedometer doesn't work but my odometer does. Does it need a sensor or what?

It could be the Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) or a bad cluster. Has the check engine light come on? Also, is the vehicle still under warranty? Everyone has changed their warranties so many times, I can't remember who has what. I think it's still under warranty. Contact a dealer to confirm.
