Instrument panel not working

The instrument panel in dashboard is not functioning
Could this be a fuse problem, is so
How do I change the fuse?

Check fuse in pic if bad pull it out and push in a new one. You can use a test light or volt meter to test it if power on both sides' it s good. If cluster still doesn't work have it checked for being bad they are digital and can do that and be rebuilt.
