2004 Kia Rio head specs

the timing belt broke and i had to replace it .
did that and apparently the pistons bent the valvs so i need to know the unbolt sequence and the torque specs so i can begine taking the head off and get it off to the head shop to be re worked ... thanks again ... your last answer was very helpfull.
