I just replaced the power booster on my wife's 06 KIA optima and put everything back together correctly, however no matter how I bleed the brakes, the pedal goes down to the floor and I have no brakes, please help me out.

Hi,

First, confirm the brake master cylinder is flush with the booster. If something has prevented it from being fully seated, it will cause the pedal to drop much lower.

Next, I'm not sure why you bled the brakes. The booster doesn't require the opening of the hydraulic system. If there was something wrong prior, let me know.

Next, I attached the directions specific to this vehicle for the replacement of the vacuum brake booster. Take a look through them and see if there is anything that was possibly missed.

Additionally, I included the directions from the manual regarding the bleeding procedure.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have other questions.

Take care,

Joe
