I got a grinding while braking

I have been hearing a grinding sound when braking in the front Please advise.

Hello,

Typically, you will hear grinding noise when the brake pads are worn all the way down to the metal. When that metal contacts the rotor it makes grinding noise. Usually this damages the rotor.
Replacing the pads and resurfacing the rotors (if they are within specification) should take care of this issue. If the rotors are blow minimum thickness, replacement is necessary.
