Key lock cylinder replacement

I need to replace my key lock cylinder and I am completely lost. I need serious help. I am no car buff but I am low on funds. So the easier and cheaper the better. I already bought the part. Just need to figure out how to change it.

I am attaching the info on the manual on this. Lastly the attached info says there are instructions provided with the key. So if you did not get instructions with the new key and cylinder then this info will help. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
