1999 Jeep Wrangler

Recently I was installing a manual throttle control on my CJ (like a cruise control, only choke cable controlled), my NEIGHBOR was helping, PIDDLING around. When I finished, he had left........NO CRANKY UPPY !!!!.......Went thru system for starting. Checked In an orderly fashion all EZ stuff.......went to SOLINOID to check for 12V at "S" terminal when key in start position................Years ago I moved solinoid to rear of fender, to make much needed space for my train horn................NEIGHBOR GUY accidentally BARELY knocked "S" wire partially off of it's stud......When he Pulled my somewhat hard to get to DIPSTICK while messing around...............check fuses......wire connections (buddies messing w/ stuff).....look at troubleshooting in a HAYNES or CHILTON manual........Reply....CJ guy may help if I can...................Love Turddog
