1995 Jeep Wrangler spitting water and oil out exhaust

I replaced the head gasket on my jeep and started it. When it started it sounded like the firing order was off. I checked that and it was fine and I also replaced the spark plugs. I checked to make sure they were all firing and they were. But either oil or oil and water are spitting out of the exhaust. Dont know what could be wrong please help me. Thank you
